HAWAII

THE LAND OF CULTURE, ALOHA , AND MUCH MORE

There are very few experiences on earth that are more of romance and tropical than Hawaii. Formed from under-sea volcanoes, this Pacific island chain is geographically diverse and ultimately breathtaking, covering all but two of the world’s climate zones. Hawaii has jagged mountain spires, active volcanoes, rural farmland, lush waterfalls, and sweeping canyons. It’s not just the land that makes Hawaii amazing, the beaches here are on a logic-defying color wheel, with a palette of jet black, green, gold, red, and stark white hues painting the many coves and inlets. Whether you want to learn to surf for the first time in Waikiki or escape to a wild volcanic shore in Kauai, Hawaii is definitely the place to be. And you may even experience a traditional welcome to the Islands with a Hawaiian flower lei greeting at the airport!

SOME OF THE INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCES
YOU'LL REMEMBER FOREVER

 WEDDING, HONEYMOON AND VOW RENEWALS

This magical destination creates memories to last a lifetime and evokes a ‘spirit of aloha’ that you will keep with you forever. Weave local traditions into your special vows, exchange flower leis as a sign of your love for each other and start your ceremony to the sounds of Hawaiian music and the echoes of conch shells...Hawaii has six main islands to choose from for your big day.  Each island of Hawaii is unique, with breathtaking beaches, incredible volcanic mountains and a friendly welcome that makes Hawaii one of a kind.

SHOPPING

We all know Hawaii is a tropical paradise, but the Islands are also a serious shopping destination. If a little retail therapy is on your dream vacation to-do list, Oahu's diverse shopping centres have you covered. Honolulu is home to Ala Moana Centre, the world's largest outdoor mall.  Islanders themselves wear "Hawaiian" (aka "aloha") shirts, board shorts, loose-fitting trousers and comfortable shoes, sandals or flip-flops. Women can wear similar attire and have the additional option of choosing a pretty sundress on a sunny day.

CUISINES

Many traditional Hawaiian foods are dishes originally brought over from Pacific Polynesian islands.

Though now the islands of Hawaii include a diverse demographic of ethnicities all adding their own flavours, there still remains a vibrant following of traditional favourites.  So if you eat one meal in Hawaii, make it traditional Hawaiian food.

With dishes like kalua pork, chicken long rice, squid luau, poi, laulau and lomi lomi salmon, an authentic Hawaiian meal will introduce you to the true tastes of the islands.
